Residential single family home

For this particular project, we went through various compliance measures and followed stringent industry standards. Despite a solid month of rain this project was still completed on time and within budget. Mid Rise Apartment Complex
We are very careful in our preparation/restoration of existing concrete decks as well as the fit and finish of our commercial fascia work. This customer picked a custom blend rail color that we included on the matching top floor accent window panels. And like many of our multi housing customs, our client was interested in an economical low maintenance restoration. As always we did everything to respect these wishes throughout the process in order to make sure they were satisfied with the outcome.
